| Monthly Service Subscription |
| The services covered by the monthly service subscription consist of: |
| - regular maintenance of all IT equipment; |
| - interventions at demand for fixing the faulty IT equipment; |
| - repair of the faulty IT equipment (the sub-assemblies and the spare parts used are not covered by the subscription); |
| - network maintenance. |

The equipment covered by these services are all the company's IT equipment - computers, servers, peripherals, active and passive network equipment, communication equipment.
The frequency of equipment maintenance, the response time for at demand interventions and the fixing time for the faulty equipment are settled by contract according to the needs of the beneficiary.
Alpha Solutions provide, free of charge, test devices and materials for maintenance.
